We understand that our salon's success depends upon listening to our customer's. We aim to:
- Be completely honest about which products and services are right for our customers.
- Respect customers time commitments, the salon is open late Wednesday - Friday and all day Saturday.
- Encourage communication with customers, to appreciate requirements and to gain an understanding of their developing needs.
Phillippa:
Phillippa is the founder of Karmabeauty with a wealth of knowledge of all things beauty and a level 3 NVQ in beauty therapy; she is the most experienced member of the team. Phillippa has built a cheerful and confident team who share her passion for beauty therapy and appreciate that the key to success is customer satisfaction.
Clare:
Clare is our nail specialist, not only is she qualified to NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy, she has many years of experience with both gel and acrylic nails; she will ensure that every set of nails will look fabulous. Clare particularly enjoys building customer relationships and seeing client satisfaction.
Jenny:
Jenny is the senior therapist at karmabeauty with many years of experience and an NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy. Before joining Karmabeauty Jenny worked at the areas leading health and beauty spa where she gained her experience in Decleor facials, massage and product ranges. Jenny likes meeting new people and enjoys working with the Decleor skincare range, as she uses many of the products herself she can always advise customers on which product is right for them.
Krissy:
Krissy joined the salon in 2005. In 2006 Krissy obtained her NVQ Level 2 in Beauty therapy, she continued to work towards her NVQ Level 3 which she successfully completed in January 2008. Krissy enjoys getting to know our customers and likes to make people feel welcome when they arrive at the salon.
Kate:
Kate has a great deal of experience and with her never ending enthusiasm for beauty therapy is an asset to the team. She is qualified to NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy and will always advise you on the treatments and products most suited to your needs.

At karmabeauty we offer a full range of tanning treatments and products. As DECLÉOR AROMA salon we supply the DECLÉOR AROMA SUN range which caters for the sun worshipers the range includes pre, during and post tanning products. We provide full and half body St. Tropez treatments for those who want that natural look without the exposure to harmful UV radiation. And for the discerning customer who want a long lasting, all over bronzed body we have the latest in spray tanning technology located within our dedicated spray tanning room.
Preston Waxing Salon
Karmabeauty offer a range of body waxing, leg waxing and facial waxing treatments including, full leg, half leg, under arm, thigh wax, arm wax, bikini, Brazilian bikini wax, back and chest, eyebrow wax, lip wax and chin wax.
